Therapeutics is a 3 credit hour course that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 - 1:15pm in JH 141. The course teaches a consideration for the pathophysiology and therapy of selected diseases that are commonly managed. Emphasis is placed on the provision of pharmaceutical care through the selection of appropriate therapy, therapeutic monitoring, and the prevention and identification of adverse drug reactions and interactions. The course director is Dr. Cathy Ramey, the course coordinator is Susan Morton, and the class itself is taught by various guest lecturers .
